Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx ground or Fedex Smart Post (starting with the first business day after the order was placed). For additional charges there are Next business day and Two business day options.

Orders to HI/AK/PR/Guam are shipped via FedEx Smart Post for a standard fee of $15.00 USD.

International order are shipped Federal Express standard for a Standard fee of $40.00 USD.

Shipping methods

Shipping to an address in the 48 Contiguous United States: We offer three shipping options: Standard, Second Business Day and Next Business Day. We begin processing all confirmed orders received by 1PM EST on the same business day. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States Holidays.

There are no shipping charges if we offer free shipping

Some states require sales tax to be assessed on shipping & handling fees, which may reflect a slightly higher order total. These states include: AZ, CA, CT, GA, MD, MI, NJ, NM, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
We do not currently offer weekend delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam: All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam are shipped Standard Shipping via United FedEx Smart Post. In-stock items will arrive 4-8 business days after your order is processed. Orders received by 1PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
APO Addresses: All shipments to APO (military base) addresses are shipped Standard Shipping via FedEx Smart Post. In-stock items will arrive 5-7 business days for delivery once the order has been processed; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days. Orders received by 1PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not offer expedited delivery to APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or to PO boxes.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

Do you ship internationally? Who is responsible for duties and taxes?
Yes, we do offer international shipping via Federal Express Standard for a flat fee of $40.00 USD.

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Duties and taxes vary by country so we suggest contacting your customs office for more information. Please note all sales are final for international customers.

What’s the status of my order?
Most orders placed Monday-Friday before 1:00 p.m. ET will ship the same day.

If your order was placed Monday-Friday after 1:00 p.m. ET, the order may be shipped the same day, but if not, it will be shipped on the following business day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

How do I change or cancel an order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
